To anyone out there that has a positive group answer:
I am in a group communications class.  I am having trouble writing a paper on avoidance in groups when it comes to conflict.  I know it sounds odd, but I don't have alot of experience in groups, mainly I have alot of interpersonal experience..  I have to define the concept of avoidance conflict style, then describe a story that exemplifies the concept.  And I am stumped...  Anyone out there with a story they wouldn't mind sharing?  I won't use your name or anything like that, I guess I am looking for information to compare with what I have gone through to develop my own story...  Any info would be wonderful!

I have lived here for over a year.  It is still being remodeled, and it feels like home because of my fiance, our daughter, and our pets..  But the place I felt most at home was when I lived in Italy.  I was married at the time, very unhappy in the relationship, but I loved that place and the people so very much that my heart dealt with the disappointing relationship.  I miss it, and would love to return there at least for a visit one day.  So now,we are looking for a new home, not this big ol crazy HOT city of PHX.  Somewhere to raise our daughter so she can climb trees and watch seasons.  We were thinking southeast Idaho...  any one have comments?!  We would love to hear them!!

I think everyone is a stranger and has the potential to be a friend, and if nothing else, then someone that something can be learned from.  I am not shy, but sometimes I do feel a bit jaded by the attitudes of some people and their attitudes.  Each of us has our own world and our own way of thinking, but it takes reaching out and finding the good in others to reach full potential as a real true human.  :)

I am thinking of being the next reigning female of ultimate fighting.  Please understand that some people, even us who give off some hellacious light, still have some things to sort out, and if nothing else, the idea of it all makes me feel better (yep, I am in counseling finding obviously better and more constructive, not destructive, ways to figure out my past..)  I feel like a kid anyway, and kids fight sometimes.  Anyhoo, I am sure I freaked out someone, but don't worry.  I work in reality, but dream all over...

Never really blogged anything, and I am new to this site..  Not new to the world, not ready to let the negative light vampires invade!!  Just thought, and so I am putting me out there for who needs me.  You know who you are.  You are all, and you are light, you are finding your way, and I am the soul healer.  See me, for I am real.  I bring my gift, another soul, and she will be one to be looked upon with love and graciousness and never forgotten.  Hope you all are having a good day!
